Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of sesenterpriseconsulting.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by SES ENTERPRISE CONSULTING INC ("SES Enterprise Consulting," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Consultations and services

Our complimentary consultation is a free conversation to understand your situation and see if we're a good fit. It is not an audit or assessment. Paid services, such as assessments, implementation, ongoing support, and programs, are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal, which will control if it differs from these Terms.

Joining a waitlist (such as for the Chaos to Control Accelerator) does not guarantee a spot or a start date.

Outsourced customer support services offered through our sister company, SES Virtual Solutions, are provided under their own written agreements.

Digital products

When you purchase a digital product, such as our e-book, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not copy, resell, share, or distribute it without our written permission.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

• By checking a consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from SES Enterprise Consulting, as described on the form.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Free resources, such as the 30-Day Roadmap, are provided as-is for your personal business use. Our free community is hosted on a third-party platform, which has its own terms you agree to when you join.

Our content

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, belongs to SES Enterprise Consulting or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to interfere with how it works, submitting false information, or using it for anything unlawful.
