Hi, I’m Shamika Saunders , the founder of SES Enterprise Consulting. For over 11 years, I dedicated my time and commitment to one company, believing in hard work and loyalty. However, I soon realized that despite my dedication, companies often undervalued their most dedicated employees, failing to match their income with the rising cost of living. This realization led me to take on multiple jobs simultaneously, just to achieve a basic level of comfort in life. As I sat on my bed reflecting on my life, it struck me—I had been trading time for money for far too long. I knew deep down that something needed to change. With courage and uncertainty, I made the bold decision to pursue my dreams of entrepreneurship. It wasn’t an easy path, but it was a necessary one.

Becoming an entrepreneur has been the most rewarding decision of my life. It has allowed me to break free from the constraints of trading hours for dollars and to pursue my passions with purpose. I am now driven by a desire to inspire and empower others who, like me, have experienced the limitations of a scarcity mindset and the trap of trading time for money. My journey has taught me that the biggest obstacle to overcome isn’t external—it’s the fear of stepping into the unknown. Today, I stand proud of my decision to embrace change and pursue my dreams.
